**Designation: Field Sales Executive**

**Location: Bhandup [w]**

**Experience: 2 to 4 Years**

**Conveyance & Attractive Incentives will be provided apart from Salary.**

**Role Description**:
1. Direct Marketing F2F Fundraising

**Donor Acquisition and Retention**

**Donation from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises**

**F2 F Street Funding) Raising donation through the direct marketing, like street funding at Corporate houses etc.**

**2. Retail Account Executive**

**To ensure business parameters like Donation sign off from Retailers and Individual donor.**

**Visit General Retail shop in allocated location or territory and ensure business obligations of assigned location and account.**

**3. Promotion & Engagement (Mall activities & promotional fundraising)**

**Donor Acquisition and Retention through the Mall, Residential engagement and promotional activities.**

**Donor acquisition from street, High foot fall areas.Promote Foundation Social Cause services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the city.**

Educate customers on foundation social cause.

Get the initial Free Signup using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)

Attend all enquiry calls within TAT.

Maintain records of all sales and leads and the places visited.

Submitting Daily meeting reports to the manager in charge.

Any Bachelors Degree preferably & knowledge in computers.

Basic Knowledge in Sales & Marketing.

Should have a passion for Field Sales.

Need to be fluent in English and Hindi/ Local Language.

Immediate joiners are preferred or Max 15 days notice period.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
