**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about our services, such as study abroad programs, visa assistance, and career guidance.
- Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls made, customer feedback, and appointment schedules.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with our immigration and study abroad experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Stay informed about our latest services, products, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and build relationships over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
