Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated
Telecalling Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, following up with leads, and assisting in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Provide information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
