## TELECALLER EXECUTIVE###

**URGENTLY REQUIRED**

Any Graduation Degree

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.

2. Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi

3. Proven track record of achieving targets and lead generation.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to handle objections and address customer concerns effectively.

6. Familiarity with basic computer skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

8. Good organizational and time management skills.

9. Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

10.High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Incentives Available**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
