Attention all aspiring Telecalling Executives We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive to join our team at Hectec Solutions.

The working hours are from 10am to 6pm and there are no sales targets involved.

**Responsibilities**
- Confirming E-commerce orders over the phone
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

**Key Requirements**
- 12th pass
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:
