**Job Title**: MEP Coordinator / MIS Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams for project updates and documentation.
- Track project progress and maintain schedules, logs, and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to MEP activities.
- Handle data entry, analysis, and ensure accuracy of records.
- Liaise with various departments for timely data collection and reporting.
- Assist in planning and execution support of MEP services across sites.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and update stakeholders regularly.
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reviews.

**Required Qualifications / Skills**:

- B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination or MIS reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate with experience in the mechanical industry may also apply.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or MEP services industry is a plus.

**Salary Range**:
₹3 to ₹5 LPA (As per industry standards)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
