Opening for: MEP BIM Coordinator

Experience required: 8 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:
responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of MEP systems within the BIM environment

ensure that MEP systems are fully integrated into the overall building design, and that they are functioning effectively and efficiently

review and approve the design of MEP systems, ensuring that they meet project requirements, local codes, and standards

managing the BIM model and ensuring that it accurately reflects the design intent and the MEP systems

Preferred Skills:
Hands on experience on daily management of BIM project data sets / Auto CAD

Thorough knowledge of and compliance with industry procedures and standards

Excellent organizational skills, Self-motivated and able to take responsibility

Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all the times

Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
