This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met, and managing documentation and communication across teams.

**Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination**:

- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of MEP and civil construction activities.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Liaise between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Track progress reports, daily logs, inspection requests, and site photos.
- Support preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with construction drawings and specifications.

**Cost Control**:

- Assist with tracking project budgets and expenditure.
- Help in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variations
