**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization**:

- Plan, execute, and manage **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns**.
- Develop and implement **data-driven strategies** to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting through **A/B testing and performance analysis**.
- Track and analyze **CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates** to ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Set up and monitor **Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools** for in-depth insights.

**End-to-End Lead Management & Conversion**:

- Identify and **strategically nurture leads** throughout the marketing funnel.
- Develop an effective process for **starting, managing, and closing marketing-driven deals**.
- Align campaigns with business goals to ensure that marketing efforts contribute to measurable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **optimize lead conversion strategies**.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in **performance marketing and digital advertising**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies**.
- Strong understanding of **lead generation, conversion optimization, and closing marketing-driven deals**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools**.
- Ability to **strategically nurture leads and drive successful campaign conversions**.
- Excellent **problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills**.
