**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery items (Gold, Diamond, Polki).
- Offer detailed product information and answer customer queries.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Fluent in **English communication** (spoken).
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in retail/customer service preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
