**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the construction projects.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including project costs, budgets, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle payroll, accounting ledgers, and financial statements for PWD projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasting.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Coordinate with project managers and vendors for proper documentation of costs.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in construction or related industries).
- Completion of CA Articleship or CA Inter qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of PWD project accounting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
