**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Advanced Excel Skills**
- Create and manage complex spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Use advanced Excel functions like **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros**, etc.

**Customer Query Handling**
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely, helpful manner.
- Work with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

**MIS & Reporting**
- Maintain and update **MIS reports** with accuracy.
- Ensure data is clean, organized, and ready for reporting.

**Operations Management**
- Assist in day-to-day operations and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.

**Documentation**
- Maintain clear records of all operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in **operations** or **back-office** roles (preferred)
- Strong command over **Microsoft Excel**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently
- Experience with **CRM systems** is a plus
