**Key Responsibilities**:

- Educate customers about various loan products and NBFC services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely **approval** and **disbursement** of loans.
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and closures.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer profiles regularly.
- Meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of **NBFC operations in India**.
- Strong understanding of the **four main stages of the lending process**:

- **Application**:

- **Underwriting**:

- **Approval**:

- **Disbursement/Closure**:

- Basic knowledge of credit checks, KYC documentation, and loan eligibility criteria.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Finance, Business, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in loan processing or NBFC/BFSI sector will be an advantage.

**Benefits**:
