**Job Opening: Loan Executive / Sales Manager (Secured / Unsecured Loan Products)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced and motivated **Loan Consultant**and **Sales Manager**to join our team. The role focuses on selling secured / Unsecure loan products such as **Home Loans**, **Loan Against Property (LAP)**, **Business Loans**, and **CGTMSE Loans**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell secured loan products to prospective customers.
- Provide financial consultation and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support and mentor team members (Team Leader role).

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Prior experience in **Secured Loan Sales** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
