**Job Overview**

We are hiring a **Backend Coordinator** to ensure smooth documentation and compliance in our fundraising and financial advisory processes. You will act as a vital link between clients and our advisory team, handling document collection, verification, storage, and backend operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Coordination & Document Collection**
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documents (financials, legal, project-related)
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely submissions

**Document Management & Filing**
- Maintain organized digital and physical document records
- Ensure secure and efficient file access and retrieval

**Compliance & Quality Control**
- Review submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Perform quality checks to ensure readiness for funding processes

**Data Entry & Reporting**
- Update internal systems and CRM with real-time documentation status
- Prepare reports tracking progress and document flow

**Process Optimization & Team Support**
- Suggest and implement improvements in documentation processes
- Work with advisory teams to resolve document-related issues promptly

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in backend operations or document coordination
- Knowledge of financial/legal documents (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
