**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes, office space.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage Rotational Shifts, schedules and deadlines. Scheduling the right team members. Keeping track of hours. Making adjustments when team members can't make it in time for their scheduled shift.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Assign each member of the team tasks based on their competencies and the needs of the group to meet production goals.
- Utilize the backgrounds and talents of crew supervisors to enhance their abilities and groom them for future management roles.
- Ensure compliance to and safety practices.
- Set performance metrics for each team member and then work with team members to make sure that all metrics are met.
- Meet with management to discuss the company’s production goals and how the team is working to meet those goals.
- Coordinate between the back-end and front-end staff.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Proven experience as a Shift Manager
- Availability to work different shifts.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- 3 + years’ managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,579.40 - ₹34,172.77 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
