**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Engage Clients**: Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Closing Deals**: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrate IT solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- **Sales Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales performance reports.
- **Industry & Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and improve sales strategies.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions tailored to client needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and drive revenue.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client data and sales pipelines.
- Understanding of software development, CRM/ERP systems, and digital marketing solutions.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sotware sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
