We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products to healthcare professionals and our associates. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop promotional materials and campaigns. You will also be responsible for analysing market trends, tracking sales data, and reporting on the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
