**Position Overview**

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to spearhead our growth efforts. This

unique role combines marketing strategy and direct sales, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our

animation studio. If you’re a creative thinker with a knack for building client relationships and driving

campaigns, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing**:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our animation services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

**Sales**:

- Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients through effective communication.
- Prepare and deliver customized pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

**Cross-Functional**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing materials with brand messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Regularly review performance data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in animation or related industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.

**Compensation**
- Base Salary: ₹30,000/month.
- Incentives:
**○ Milestone bonuses**:
■ ₹2,000 per each Lakh for achieving ₹5,00,000-₹10,00,000 in monthly revenue.

■ ₹2,500 per each Lakh for achieving ₹10,00,000-₹20,00,000 in monthly revenue.

■ ₹4,500 per each Lakh for achieving ₹20,00,000 or above in monthly revenue.
