**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) - Laboratory Scientific Goods
**Location**: Panchkula
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Marketing Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new B2B customers in the laboratory and scientific sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in laboratories, research centers, educational institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical consultations to support the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- **Marketing**:

- Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns tailored to laboratory and scientific goods.
- Create engaging content (brochures, websites, case studies, etc.) to promote products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position products effectively.
- Attend trade shows, webinars, and conferences to promote products and build brand awareness in the scientific community.
- **Product Knowledge & Support**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in laboratory equipment and scientific goods.
- Provide technical product support to customers, including answering inquiries and providing demonstrations.
- Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address product feedback.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, goals, and customer engagement plans.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate and timely information about clients and leads.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.), Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the laboratory or scientific goods industry.
- Strong understanding of laboratory products, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer benefits.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
