**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who has a passion for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to business growth. You will play a key role in generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products/services through various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up on inbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting them into customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve sales performance.
- **Branding and Promotion**:

- Assist in developing the company’s brand presence in the market.
- Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and webinars to engage potential customers.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand’s voice, values, and mission.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Provide regular sales reports, marketing performance analysis, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
