- **Safety inspections**:Regularly inspect the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards. They may use specialized equipment like drones or infrared cameras to inspect hard-to-reach areas.
- **Safety policies and procedures**:Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Safety training**:Provide safety training and education to workers, including orientation sessions for new employees.
- **Accident investigation**:Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and prevent future occurrences.
- **Communication**:Communicate safety information to staff and management, and collaborate with project managers and supervisors to address safety concerns.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records and essential documentation.
- **Safety culture**:Promote a culture of safety by encouraging teamwork and ensuring everyone feels responsible for their own safety and that of their colleagues.
- **After-hours emergencies**:Be on call for after-hours emergencies, such as those involving a gas leak or scaffolding collapse.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
