**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fire Safety Inspections**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.
- Identify and address potential fire hazards, recommending corrective actions.
- **Fire Drill and Emergency Planning**:

- Plan and organize regular fire drills to ensure employees know how to react in case of an emergency.
- Maintain and update emergency evacuation plans and routes.
- **Fire Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure fire safety equipment, such as extinguishers, alarms, and sprinklers, are in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for any repairs or upgrades to fire safety systems.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety procedures and the proper use of fire extinguishers and other equipment.
- Raise awareness on fire hazards and prevention measures.
- **Incident Response**:

- Respond to fire-related emergencies, assist in evacuations, and provide first aid if necessary.
- Prepare incident reports and ensure all fire safety incidents are documented.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about fire safety regulations and ensure the organization is compliant with local, state, and federal fire safety standards.
- Liaise with fire departments, safety regulators, and insurance companies as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in fire safety or related field (e.g., Fire Marshal certification, Fire Safety Officer).
- Proven experience in fire safety management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to remain calm and act swiftly in emergency situations.
- Good communication and training skills.

Pay: ₹12,713.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
