**Key responsibilities: -**

1. Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks

2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

3. Ensuring the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure

4. Setting up accounts and workstations

5. Managing network servers and technology tools

6. Troubleshooting issues and outages

7. Upgrading systems with new releases and models

8. Developing expertise to train staff on new technologies

9. Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

**Preferred skills: -**

1. Linux & Mac OS Skills

2. Knowledge of Asset Management tools

3. In-depth knowledge of operating systems.

4. Networking Skills

5. Familiarity with Hardware

6. Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services

7. Knowledge of Security Policies

8. Troubleshooting skills

9. Communication with interpersonal skills

10. Security and Monitoring

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
