We are looking for a **System & Network Administrator** responsible for managing Windows servers, VMware, routers, switches, and firewalls.
The role involves maintaining system uptime, troubleshooting network issues, managing backups, and supporting users across all company locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **Active Directory**, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Perform daily **system health checks**, backups, and patch updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, logs, and uptime.
- Assist in **data migration** and **VM relocation** to the new office

**Network Administration**
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Support the IT Infrastructure Lead in configuring **Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos firewalls**.
- Set up and monitor **VPNs**, store connectivity, and remote access.
- Document network topology, cabling, and IP addressing.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance and connectivity issues.

**Backup & Security**
- Manage and verify backup jobs for critical systems and databases.
- Ensure antivirus, patching, and endpoint protection systems are up to date.
- Implement user access controls and follow data-protection procedures.
- Maintain **Active Directory**, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Perform daily **system health checks**, backups, and patch updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, logs, and uptime.
- Assist in **data migration** and **VM relocation** to the new office.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN connections.
- Support firewall operations (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos).
- Assist with office IT relocation and system migration.
- Provide user support, maintain assets, and document infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, routing, switching, and VPNs.
- Certifications such as **CCNA, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCTA, MCSA** are a plus
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or VMware certifications preferred.
