Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the MD and CEO in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as a liaison between the MD and CEO and other department heads, providing updates on ongoing projects and activities
- Analyze and interpret data to help identify opportunities for improvement across various functions, such as operations, marketing, and finance
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to the MD and CEO
- Support the MD and CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD and CEO
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and CEO

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a management or analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in computers, including MS Office (especially excel) and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
