**The Role**:_**Support Agent**_
**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming calls of Partners and Customers and resolve their queries/complaints.
- Respond to queries/complaints of Partners,Customers&RMs received via tickets/chats.
- Out-call the RMs, Partners, and Customers when needed (as per business requirements).
- Explain / Educate the RMs, Partners, and Customers on our tools and products.
- Provide exceptional Partner / Customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal & written communication skills with min.30 words per minute typing speed
- Good Telephone etiquette and ability to follow SOP and scripts
- Knowledge of financial products like MF, Insurance, and stocks
- Experience in MF or KYC or stock broking operations
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Fluency in more languages will be a plus)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts & week offs.
**Work Location** - HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
