We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate for a US shift role from 7 pm to 3 am IST to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our accounts receivable process, contributing directly to the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing invoices, collecting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**What you'll do**:
- Process invoices and ensure they are accurate and complete.-
- Post payments to the correct accounts and reconcile bank statements.-
- Send out invoices and statements to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.-
- Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.-
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable activity.-
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activity.-
- Assist with other financial tasks as assigned.-
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.**What you'll need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.-
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
