Web Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone who can take a charge of turning the customer’s thoughts and actions into business conversions through appealing designs.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for digital media
- Visually design the User Interfaces Designs. Design digital campaign images, icons, menus, web navigations, site maps, wireframes, storyboards, call to actions, popups, web banners, brochures, PDFs
- Creating and editing of existing videos
- Ensure responsive design for optimal viewing across various devices
- Creating color schemes
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design elements
- Provide creative input and ideas for various project
- Edit and retouch images as needed. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams, content teams and printers to understand design requirements or guide
- Work closely with web developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design and implementation.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts and refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Choose appropriate color schemes and typography that complement the overall design and enhance readability and accessibility.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements to strengthen the brand identity across the website.
- Consider accessibility principles to ensure the website is usable by people with disabilities.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative and modern design elements.

**Qualification**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Power point or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills
- Good understanding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer

- Edit and optimize images for web use, ensuring fast loading times without compromising quality
- Ensure that designs are compatible with various web browsers to provide a consistent experience for all users
- Manage design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that designs align with project goals.
- Conduct testing to identify and resolve any design issues or inconsistencies before the website goes live.
- Generate QR codes
