**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using **WordPress**, **HTML**, and **PHP**.
- Create and customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Build websites that align with modern web standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and design logos, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Design and execute engaging social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Translate creative concepts and client ideas into functional, visually appealing websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
- Maintain and update existing websites to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web and graphic design, development tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **WordPress**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**, **JavaScript**, and **PHP**.
- Strong knowledge of website development, including backend and frontend programming.
- Expertise in graphic design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva**.
- Ability to design creative and professional logos, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Experience in designing and managing social media posts and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of **UI/UX design principles** to deliver intuitive and user-friendly websites.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

**Addded advantage if you have**:

- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
- Experience with SEO optimization and website performance enhancement.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools like **Google Analytics** is advantageous.
