**Job Overview**:
As a Web Designer for our business setup company based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively showcase our services. Working from India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our online presence aligns with the company's branding and meets the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for use on the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Design promotional materials and banners as needed.

**Website Design**
- Design responsive and visually appealing websites that reflect the brand identity and cater to the business setup industry in Dubai.
- Ensure the seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Create intuitive and user-friendly website interfaces, considering the unique requirements of our clients in the business setup sector.
- Conduct user research to enhance overall user experience.

**Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align website design with overall marketing strategies.
- Create visually compelling elements for digital marketing campaigns.

**Content Integration**:

- Collaborate with content creators to ensure effective integration of written and visual content on the website.
- Optimize web content for SEO and user engagement.

**Cross-Browser Compatibility**:

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design to provide a consistent user experience across various devices and platforms.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Monitor and address website performance issues, ensuring timely updates and security measures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement necessary updates and improvements.

**Stay Updated on Design Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative design solutions to enhance the company's online presence.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ Years Proven experience as a Graphic/Web Designer with a strong portfolio of Graphic designing for the social media ads and web designing
- Proficiency in web design tools and languages (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
- Familiarity with the business setup industry in Dubai is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
