**Responsibilities**:
Web Design:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, ensuring responsiveness across devices.

Collaborate with developers to create functional and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js, and jQuery.

Translate design mockups and wireframes from tools like Figma and Photoshop into fully functioning websites.

Implement design best practices to create modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces.

**Graphic Design**:
Create engaging graphics, banners, logos, and other visual content for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

Ensure all graphic designs align with brand guidelines and are optimized for web and mobile platforms.

Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality visuals.

Front-end Development:
Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs with front-end technologies, ensuring design fidelity and performance.

Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and jQuery for website features and interactions.

Work on improving the overall design of existing websites to enhance user experience and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in web and graphic design, with a solid understanding of both design principles and front-end web development.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, graphic creation, and digital content design.

Expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive design prototypes.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for creating responsive web designs.

Experience with React.js, JavaScript, and jQuery for building dynamic, interactive web pages.

**Creative Skills**:
Excellent eye for design aesthetics, typography, color schemes, and layouts.

Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that are both functional and modern.

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with UX/UI design and an understanding of user-centered design principles.

Knowledge of web animations and advanced JavaScript libraries is a plus.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git for collaborative work environments.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
