A graphic web designer is responsible for designing and creating visually appealing web pages, marketing materials, and other digital media content. They collaborate with clients, project managers, and other members of the creative team to develop creative concepts and execute designs that effectively communicate the intended message and meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and creating website layouts, user interfaces, and visual elements using software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, and other team members to identify design requirements, provide design feedback and ensure that designs meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Creating and optimizing graphics and images for websites and digital media channels to ensure fast loading times and maximum impact.
- Developing branding and style guidelines for websites, including typography, color schemes, and image selection.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all design work and adhering to brand standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Presenting and defending design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- Participating in team brainstorming sessions and offering creative ideas to improve the design process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a graphic web designer, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates creative and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in user experience design (UX) and user interface design (UI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and development tools such as Figma, InVision, and WordPress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
