**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Design and develop the visual layout and user interface (UI) for websites, ensuring a balance of creativity and functionality.
- Assemble design elements such as icons, images, and graphics into cohesive website designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create designs that align with branding and project goals.
- Develop interactive design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
- Enhance the user experience (UX) by creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all web design projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficiency in design tools like **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign**, with a focus on web design and UX.
- Strong working knowledge of **HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript**.
- Experience working with **WordPress templates and page builders**.
- 1+ years of professional experience in web design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
- Ability to design for adaptive and responsive layouts with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid time management and communication skills to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to incorporate constructive criticism into your designs.

Pay: ₹10,165.08 - ₹35,828.14 per month
