As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional digital assets for websites, marketing materials, and various digital platforms. Your role involves a combination of graphic design, web design, and user experience (UX) design to ensure a seamless and engaging online presence for our company or clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for digital and print materials.
Design logos, icons, banners, infographics, and other branding assets.
Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing collateral.

**Web Design**:Design and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
Collaborate with the development team to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces.
Optimize web designs for both desktop and mobile devices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
Improve website navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.

**Content Creation**:Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to integrate visuals into content.
Edit and format images, videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms.

**Software Proficiency**:Proficiently use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Webflow).
Stay updated on the latest design software and technologies.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Brand Consistency**:Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in all design work.
Ensure that all design elements align with the company's or client's brand identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in graphic design and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.

**Optional Skills (depending on the job requirements)**:

- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- SEO knowledge for web design optimization.
- Experience with animation and multimedia design.
- Experience in e-commerce or mobile app design.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
