**Role -**

1. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English with computer understanding

2. E-mail conversations with company and clients

3. Coordination with site-In-charges for getting daily employees attendance and maintaining data bank

4. Timely submission of daily and monthly attendance to the HO HR

5. Timely preparation & submission of client’s compliances documents in coordination with HO HR

6. Clear the Branch employees queries in coordination with HO HR

7. Timely generating and submission of client’s invoices and Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

8. Verifying the branch monthly expenses with original bills before forwarding to HO Accounts.

10. Maintaining the fleet/office asset documents record and update/renew the documents such as insurance fitness certificates timely.

11. Assisting Branch head/Other Management staff as and when required

12. Perform the miscellaneous work as and when instructed by the management

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
