**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling**:

- Provide one-on-one or group counselling sessions to students and parents regarding NEET and JEE exams.
- Help students understand the exam patterns, syllabus, and key strategies to succeed.
- Assist in course and college selection, guiding students on suitable coaching institutes, books, and study plans.
- Offer career guidance and help students set realistic and achievable academic goals.
- **Exam Preparation Guidance**:

- Advise students on time management, study techniques, and resources to optimize exam preparation.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a bridge between students, parents, and academic authorities.
- Prepare students for the mental and emotional challenges of these exams through motivation and stress management strategies.
- **Admission Process Assistance**:

- Guide students through the documentation and submission process.
- **Market and Research Analysis**:

- Keep up-to-date with changes in NEET and JEE exam patterns, regulations, and educational trends.
- Analyze student performance and recommend changes in their preparation approach based on progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Science or Education).
- Relevant certification in career counselling or academic counselling (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in career counselling, particularly for NEET and JEE.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of NEET and JEE exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Empathy and patience, with the ability to motivate students.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual counselling.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, or counselling software.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time availability, with flexible working hours.
- Ability to work from the office or remotely, depending on the employer’s policies.
- Occasional weekend and evening availability required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
