Location:

Position Overview:
As an Admission Counselor for IIT-JEE/NEET Students at our institution, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting class 6th to 10th students aspiring to pursue careers in engineering or medical fields. You will be responsible for providing personalized guidance, mentorship, and academic counseling to help students make informed decisions about their future academic paths. Through proactive outreach, individual consultations, and informative sessions, you will empower students to navigate the complexities of competitive exams, understand admission requirements, and prepare effectively for their chosen career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to class 6th to 10th students interested in pursuing engineering (IIT-JEE) or medical (NEET) entrance exams.
Conduct individual counseling sessions with students and their parents to understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal preferences.
Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to tailor personalized academic and career development plans.
Offer guidance on selecting the appropriate stream (Science, Commerce, or Humanities) based on students' interests, aptitudes, and future goals.
Organize informative workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions to familiarize students with exam preparation strategies, study resources, and time management techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and updates in the IIT-JEE and NEET entrance exams, as well as in the field of higher education and career opportunities.
Monitor students' academic progress, performance in mock tests, and readiness for competitive exams, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school administrators to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment conducive to student success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
Previous experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or coaching for IIT-JEE/NEET aspirants is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of the IIT-JEE and NEET entrance exams, including exam syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Familiarity with educational technology tools, online learning platforms, and digital resources for exam preparation is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
