**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will be crucial in attracting prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a seamless transition into our educational community.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Student Engagement:

- Communicate with prospective students and their parents to provide detailed information about the school's offerings, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours, open houses, and other events to showcase the school's infrastructure and educational environment.

2. Admission Process:

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end admission process, ensuring compliance with established policies and timelines.
- Assist applicants in completing admission forms, collecting required documents, and guide any additional requirements.

3. Counseling:

- Offer guidance and counseling to prospective students and parents, addressing queries related to academic programs, extracurricular activities, and admission criteria.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and faculty to provide accurate and up-to-date information to applicants.

4. Relationship Building:

- Establish positive relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and community events to promote the school and build a network.

5. Record Keeping:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Marketing, etc.).
- Proven experience in admissions counseling or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the education sector and admission processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
