Job Description: Admission Counselor

School: Vishwajyot High School, Kharghar

Role: Admission Counselor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle parent enquiries via phone, walk-ins, email, and school events.
  • Counsel prospective parents about school philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
  • Conduct campus tours and ensure an engaging, informative experience.
  • Maintain enquiry data, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Coordinate admission tests, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Support planning and execution of admission campaigns, orientations, open houses, and outreach events.
  • Maintain updated records on CRM/software and generate periodic admission reports.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to ensure positive communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
