**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for IT products and solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Stay updated on IT trends and Catalyst Education’s product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience (or internship) in IT sales (minimum 3 months).
- Strong technical understanding of IT products and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
