Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all leads generated by the company.
- Evaluate and identify qualified leads from the pool of generated leads.
- Conduct introductory conversations with leads to discuss the company's products and services.
- Provide clear and compelling explanations about the company’s offerings to address the lead's needs.
- Persuade and nurture leads to build interest in the company’s solutions.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
