We're Hiring: Operations Associate at Autumn Rooms
- Location: Remote | Shift: UK Rotational (Non-Negotiable)
- Duration: 6 months + Performance-Based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
- CTC: ₹3-5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
- Schedule: 5.5 Days/Week

Now, we're looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our fast-growing sales team and make a real impact.
- Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads, guide them through our booking journey, and convert them into successful customers.Customer Interaction: Understand each student's unique needs and recommend suitable accommodation options.Market Expertise: Build a strong understanding of student housing trends, pricing, and top destinations.Follow-Up: Stay on top of communication with potential clients and drive timely closures.Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance the booking experience.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and bookings in our CRM.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication in neutral EnglishStrong active listening and empathy-driven interactionEffective time management and multitasking skillsConfident in objection handling, negotiation, and closing dealsComfortable with CRM tools or similar platformsPrior telesales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is a bonusA proactive, self-driven mindset with a team-first attitude
- Educational Requirements Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% throughout academics
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
