**Centre Coordinator**:

- To coordinate day-to-day management of administrative systems related to education in and outside the classroom.
- To give a school tour and ensure meeting parents visiting the school and guiding them about school, curriculum, etc.
- To be involved in program design, implementation, risk assessment &
- To collaborate with Teachers and Event Coordinators to plan and organize various activities & experiences outside the classroom.
- To contribute to web content, publications, and information materials as per the communication policy of the school.
- To collaborate with program/activity coordinators for the taught, written, and assessed curriculum
- Take complete responsibility for all aspects related to mentoring activity and class teachers, smooth conduct of practice sessions liaising with the Admin Team for procurements, etc.

**Basic competencies and skills**
1. Ability to efficiently communicate relevant information with civility, clarity, and purpose to staff, students, and parents promptly.
2. Portray exceptional skills in planning, and coordinating tasks and activities at various levels.
3. Well-versed in the use of MS Office and other educational software, supporting the respective role.
4. Take responsibility for research and work towards one’s professional development and use the outcomes to improve existing practices.
5. Adhere to the school’s decorum and code of conduct.
6. Be proactive and self-driven. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
7. Show willingness to support the vision and ethos of the school.
8. Strong social and Interpersonal Skills.
9.Ability to collaborate with members of the school community to build a team environment that supports students’ learning. 
10. Ability to empathize with young people and be firm, fair, and consistent when dealing with them.

Ability to establish good and productive working relationships and work well in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
