**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance of facilities.
- **Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and manage staff, including teachers, caregivers, and administrative personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- **Program Development**: Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and activities that meet the needs of the center’s clientele. Ensure programs are aligned with the center’s mission and goals.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure the center adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the center’s budget, including monitoring expenses, handling financial reports, and seeking cost-effective solutions.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, parents, or community members. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Promote the center’s programs and services through various channels, including social media, community events, and partnerships. Develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, report generation, and communication with stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by the center. Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve service delivery.
- **Crisis Management**: Develop and implement procedures for handling emergencies and crises. Ensure that staff are trained and prepared to manage unexpected situations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Services, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar setting (e.g., childcare center, educational facility, community organization).
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the industry. Knowledge of program development and staff management.
