Debottlenecking of issues through collaboration with Regional Field Team
Manpower Engagement
Timely escalation of issues observed to HO Training Team to prevent negative impact of brand and customer experience
Education & Experience
Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field
Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM or dealership general manager experience
Good hands-on & Technical sales skills as per job role defined
Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently
Travel requirement - Min 70% of monthly duration (average)
Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs
Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Marathi.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
