Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automobile Specialist, located in Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day customer interactions to address inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support clients through the buying and selling process. Responsibilities include offering informed advice on automotive products and services, training customers on procedures, and driving sales. Additional tasks may involve coordinating with insurance teams and ensuring client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of Automotive processes, trends, and standards
  • Skills in Training and guiding both customers and team members
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve targets
  • Familiarity with Insurance services related to automobiles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the automotive retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
