**6 - 7 years’ experience in Site Coordination including working on site**
**Degree in Civil Engineering**
**Experience in Drawing Reading is Must**

**Other Responsibilities**
- Full time coordination with all kinds of consultants designing projects like MEP consultant, Liaison consultant, RCC Consultants, Architect consultant, Geological survey consultant, design architect, MOEF Consultant, & structural consultant
- To provide necessary details and information to consultants for plan submission and for obtaining required NOC’s, C.C.’s & O.C.
- Obtaining drawing from various consultants, studying it and coordinating with Project Manager and Site Team. Helping in drawing finalisation
- must have some experience in execution
- Providing required drawing to construction team
- Coordinating with estimation agencies for BOQ’s Block budget, detailed final budget and cash flow
- Knowledge of different kinds of drawing softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax, V Ray etc
- Finalisation of vendor documents and contracts
- Updation of project budget, material resources, work done activities etc. in ERP system
- Collecting required information from the site team and consultant for RERA Form-1, Form-2, Form-2A etc. and providing it to Legal Department
- Obtaining and checking various area statements
- Visiting Site, checking site works
- Should be pro in following
- _Autocad_- _ERP System_- _MS Office_- _MSP_

Location : Vashi. - Ready to visit various sites and ready to work on Sunday.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
