- Handle after-sales services, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction post-purchase.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Attend to clients, arrange site visits, and provide detailed project information.
- Follow up with brokers, channel partners, and handle inquiries to drive sales and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, sales performance, and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the real estate sector.
- Experience in client relations and handling broker/channel partner networks.

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
