- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of IT technologies, terminology, and trends is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,249.13 - ₹41,702.86 per month
